Withdrawals
Send USDT from your balance to a TRON address you have saved. You need two-factor authentication. A member of our team checks and sends every withdrawal by hand.
Before your first withdrawal
- Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings → Security, using an authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator or 1Password). Text-message codes are not supported.
- Save the 10 recovery codes you are shown. They are the only way back in if you lose your phone.
- Add the address you want to send to in Wallet → Withdraw → Addresses, and confirm with your 6-digit code. You can use it 24 hours later.
Steps
- Go to Wallet → Withdraw.
- Choose one of your saved TRON addresses (they start with
T) and enter the amount. - Check the quote: the fee, the total taken from your balance, and the exact amount that will arrive.
- Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and confirm.
What to expect

Why the 24-hour wait
If someone gets into your account, the wait gives you time to notice. Check your saved addresses. If you see one you did not add, remove it, change your password and contact us at once.
Cancelling
You can cancel while a withdrawal shows Waiting for approval or Approved. The full amount, fee included, returns to your balance at once. Once it shows Sending, it can no longer be cancelled.
